First street-legal e-scooter in Germany
Looks like the first street-legal e-scooter just made it’s appearance in Germany… (20km/h, insurance sticker, age minimum 15, “moped” driver license required, helmet not mandatory…)
A promising concept, but probaly not a game changer at EUR 2000. Respect for the initiative, well done, Metz.
